Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab on Monday announced that a fumigation drive has been started in various parts of Karachi to mitigate the chances of the spread of dengue fever in the city.
“Fumigation drive against dengue has been initiated in various areas of Karachi by Sindh Solid Waste team with the support of KMC & DMC,” Wahab announced on Twitter

The Sindh health department and Pakistan Meteorological Department had warned last week that various cities of Sindh may face a dengue outbreak due to rains.
