Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party appoints key officials for Karachi

The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) has announced key appointments for its Karachi division, according to an official notification reported by ARY News. Nadeem Polani has been appointed as the president, Javed Jilani as the vice president, and Rizwan Khan as the general secretary of IPP-Karachi division. Additionally, Musarrat Shah has been named the general secretary of IPP Women Wing Sindh division. Mahmood Moulvi, the party’s provincial president, expressed confidence that the newly appointed officials would contribute significantly to strengthening the party. The appointments come as part of the party’s efforts to enhance its organizational structure and presence in the region.

In a related development last month, Ali Nawaz Awan, a former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and ex-MNA, joined the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party. Awan announced his departure from PTI during a meeting with IPP leaders, including Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan. The IPP leadership warmly welcomed Awan into the party. Ali Nawaz Awan had previously faced arrest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mansehra and joined IPP after parting ways with PTI.
