The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Karachi seized a large number of counterfeit medicines during a crackdown on Wednesday.

According to FIA officials, a large number of counterfeit medicines were recovered during the raid at Liaquatabad Medicine Market.

Antibiotics were also recovered during the raid and five shops selling medicines stolen from government hospitals were also sealed.

According to the FIA, the operation was also carried out in the Old City Area Medicine Market on Tuesday night.
