Dengue virus has gripped Pakistan once more after the monsoon season and Sindh has reported 34 new cases on Friday alone. Up till now 552 cases of dengue have been reported in the country in October.
Karachi city has topped Sindh’s charts with 303 dengue cases while the Matiari district is trailing with 153 cases of the virus, said the health department.
According to the reported numbers, Hyderabad has reported 39 cases of the virus until now while Tharparkar closes in with 35 infections of the deadly-fever-causing infection.
The health department of Sindh said Mir Pur Khas has 11 cases so far in October.
