This modest decline extends the consolidation phase for silver, which has been fluctuating around the Rs. 7,000 mark in recent sessions. The metal is struggling to establish clear directional momentum.
In 10 grams, 24-karat silver decreased by Rs. 25 to Rs. 6,008. The declines across both measurements indicate continued pressure on the white metal.
The drop was driven by weakness in global markets. The international silver price fell by $0.30 to $65.30, retreating from recent levels. This global softness provided a bearish cue for local traders.
Since the late August peak near Rs. 7,329, silver has retreated approximately Rs. 320 per tola. The metal remains above the July lows near Rs. 6,000, but the breach of the Rs. 7,000 level remains a possibility if global weakness persists.
A day earlier, Silver Rate in Pakistan declined on Tuesday, with the white metal giving back a portion of recent gains. The 24-karat silver rate fell by Rs. 62, closing at Rs. 7,038 per tola.
Back in July 2026, Silver prices recorded a modest pullback, with the metal easing marginally across all categories after two strong sessions of gains as global precious metals markets took a brief breather following the powerful rally seen over Thursday and Friday.
According to the Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat silver per tola declined by Rs. 48, settling at Rs. 6,716.
All rates of silver are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for purity 999 (24K).
