According to the official weather advisory for the Karachi division by PMD, the maximum temperature on Saturday is likely to range between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to settle between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.
The morning will begin with high humidity levels of 70 to 80 percent, which are expected to ease in the evening to between 55 and 65 percent. Southwesterly winds will continue to prevail throughout the day.
The forecast indicates a gradual shift from the earlier pattern of mostly cloudy skies to partly cloudy conditions. Isolated drizzle is possible, particularly during the early morning and late-night hours.
The weather is expected to remain warm and humid, with similar conditions likely to persist on Sunday as well, including a maximum temperature of 31 to 33 degrees Celsius.
Citizens are advised to stay hydrated and limit unnecessary outdoor exposure during peak daytime hours due to the combination of heat and humidity.
The Met Office has urged relevant authorities to remain alert, especially in coastal areas where drizzle may affect visibility and road conditions.
The PMD continues to monitor the weather situation and has advised residents to keep track of further updates as the monsoon-like conditions persist over the southern parts of the country.
