The Government of Sindh has opened applications for scholarships under the Sindh Education Endowment Fund (SEEF), offering financial assistance to students enrolled in selected universities across Pakistan.

The Sindh College Education Department has officially invited applications for these scholarships.

Who can apply?

Students studying at eligible universities can apply for the SEEF scholarship. However:

Students who are already receiving a SEEF scholarship do not need to apply again.

Overseas and self-financed students are not eligible for the scholarship.

Required Documents:

Applicants are advised to keep all required documents ready before filling out the application online.

  • First and last name
  • Gender
  • Student CNIC
  • Mobile number
  • Father’s or guardian’s name

How to apply

  • Complete all required fields. If a field does not apply to you, enter “N/A”
  • Upload the required documents and passport-size photograph.
  • Download the sample affidavit from the portal and print it on Rs. 50 stamp paper.

After submitting the online application, print the completed form and submit its hard copy to the relevant department at your university.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility criteria and ensure all required documents are complete before submitting their applications.

Deadline:

Students are advised to submit their applications well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

According to the announcement, the application process will close on August 31, 2026, and no applications are expected to be accepted after the deadline.

Applicants should ensure they complete the online form, upload all required documents, and submit the hard copy to their university before the closing date.
