President of Dairy Cattle Farmers Association Shakir Umar Gujjar has claimed that Commissioner Karachi and Deputy Commissioners are abusing the milk sellers.
“The responsibility of increasing the price of milk lies on the dairy farmers and arresting the milk sellers is inappropriate,” he said.
“Commissioner Karachi should focus on the production cost of milk and on how to reduce it rather than humiliating sellers. Arrests and fines will not reduce the price of milk but will increase it,” he said.
