The theme “Tides of Tomorrow” focuses on the River Indus, Pakistan’s ecological and cultural lifeline.

From the northern glaciers to the delta at the Arabian Sea, the river shapes Pakistan’s landscapes, economy, and culture.

Karachi, located at the river’s delta, faces climate threats such as rising sea levels, flooding, salinity intrusion, and extreme heat.
