Eligibility for Sindh Pink EV Scooty Scheme
The program is open to women residing in Sindh who are either students or employed.
Applicants must have a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), domicile, and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh.
How to Apply for Sindh Pink EV Scooty Scheme – Step by Step
The application process varies based on the type of driving license held:
1. For Learner’s License Holders:
Submit the application form along with required documents.
Undergo a free 7-day training provided by KFC Pakistan.
Apply for a permanent license and become eligible for the free scooty program.
2. For Permanent License Holders:
Submit the completed form and required documents.
After verification, eligible applicants can receive their free electric scooty.
3. For Those Without a License:
First, apply for a learner’s license online via the Driving License Sindh Official Website.

- Duly filled application form
- CNIC copy
