As the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) started conducting annual examination of class 9 and 10 from today July 5. Physics paper leaked on social media within 5mins right after it started.
Secondary School Certificate’s (SSC) part two (10) paper made on internet earlier this morning, which was widely shared. The paper was to start on its official timing 9:30 am. However, students have claimed that in certain centers the paper was delayed.
According to the media reports, the parents and the students were seemed annoyed over the lapse in the timing of the paper at many examination centers. However, the board announced later to spare extra time to the students up to 2 hours wherever the paper was distributed late.
Due to the negligence of the administration, the paper was available outside the examination centers within 5 mins, revealing the failure of the management, said sources.
Chairperson of the BSEK Syed Sharaf Ali Shah while briefing on the situation said, to avert any external influence, the letters to the law enforcement agencies have been issued to enforce section 144 on all examination centers. While, also asked students to not bring mobile phones at the examination centers else they will be confiscated.
Talking about the examination centers, the Controller informed that 438 centers have been established in the city of which 201 are for girls and 237 for boys. These centers include 185 public schools while 253 private schools are reserved for the cause.
