The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast hot and humid weather for Karachi with mostly cloudy skies and chances of light drizzle on August 1, 2025.
As typical monsoon conditions persist, the city continues to experience elevated humidity levels and warm temperatures, contributing to general discomfort especially during morning and evening hours.
Temperatures are forecasted to remain steady, with daytime highs ranging between 32°C and 34°C and nighttime lows likely hovering around 28.5°C.
Despite overcast skies and occasional breezes from the southwest, the high moisture content may push the “feels-like” temperature above actual readings.

PMD predicts Friday and Saturday (August 1–2), with high ranging temperature from 31°C to 34°C and minimum temperatures between 27°C and 29°C. Humidity will remain consistently high, sustaining the current discomfort index.
Southwesterly winds will dominate across the three-day span, offering brief relief but not significantly easing the overall heat and humidity.
Light drizzle or isolated showers may occur in Karachi, as well as in Qamber Shahdadkot, Larkana, Dadu, Jamshoro, Umerkot, and Tharparkar districts. While these may dampen roads slightly, no significant rainfall is expected to impact daily routines.
