Karachi braces for humid skies and light drizzle, as the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts a mild monsoon pattern for Tuesday, July 22.
The weather is expected to remain mostly cloudy, with light rain or drizzle likely during the night and early morning hours.
According to the PMD, temperatures will hover between 33 to 35°C during the day, with a low of 29°C at night.
Morning humidity is expected to be around 75 percent, dropping slightly to 55 – 65 percent by evening. Winds will continue from the west and southwest, offering some relief along the coast.
Though not a cause for alarm, light precipitation may cause damp roads, particularly in the early hours. The drizzle, combined with high humidity, is likely to make conditions sticky and uncomfortable, especially during the morning.
Surrounding districts like Thatta, Badin, and Umerkot may also experience light isolated rainfall, as part of the broader weak monsoon system affecting southern Sindh.
