The young hockey sensation of Pakistan, Sufyan Khan, has been awarded the Emerging Player of the Year title by the International Hockey Federation (FIH).
The award, presented today in Oman, recognizes Sufyan’s remarkable skill and potential on the global stage.
Sufyan earned acclaim at this year’s Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament, where he was named Man of the Match, and impressed further by scoring four goals in the Asian Champions Trophy held in China.
His performance was instrumental in Pakistan’s victory over South Korea, securing a bronze medal in the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy for the first time in eight years.
