The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has issued a detailed five-page questionnaire to Pakistani cricketer Mohammad Rizwan as part of an investigation into alleged online gambling and betting activities.

The questionnaire seeks extensive personal, financial and travel information from the wicketkeeper-batsman.
According to the notice, Rizwan has been asked to provide his parentage, date of birth, place of birth, wife’s name and details of his children.
The agency has also requested details of all social media accounts used by Rizwan during the past 10 years.
The requested information includes accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms.
The questionnaire also asks for information about Rizwan’s sources of income over the past five years. This includes salary, rental income, business income and agricultural earnings.
Details of profits earned from bank deposits have also been sought, along with a breakdown of household expenses and educational expenses for his children during the same period.
The NCCIA has asked Rizwan to provide details of inherited properties, including documents showing their transfer from previous owners.
The questionnaire also seeks information about properties purchased or sold by the cricketer during the last five years.
Rizwan has further been asked to provide details of international travel, including expenses incurred and the duration of his stays abroad.
The notice requires complete information about bank accounts and credit cards held by Rizwan during the past five years.
The cricketer has also been asked to disclose details of any loans obtained during the period.
The questionnaire was issued by the Cyber Crime Reporting Center Lahore under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
Earlier in the day, the Lahore High Court has dismissed Rizwan’s petition challenging the NCCIA proceedings.
Chief Justice Alia Neelum heard the case and directed the cricketer to respond to the show-cause notice and appear before the agency.
During the proceedings, Rizwan’s counsel, Umer Qazi, argued that the matter was outside the NCCIA’s jurisdiction. The court did not accept the contention and allowed the agency’s proceedings to continue.
The NCCIA had previously rejected Rizwan’s response to an initial notice and subsequently issued a second summons.
The investigation into alleged online betting and gambling activities connected to Pakistan cricket is continuing, with authorities seeking further information from individuals as part of the inquiry.
