The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued its latest three-day weather forecast for Karachi, predicting partly cloudy, hot and humid conditions across the city from Wednesday, June 3, to Friday, June 5, 2026, as warm and moisture-laden weather continues to prevail over the coastal metropolis.

According to the PMD, Karachi residents should prepare for another stretch of uncomfortable weather, with daytime temperatures remaining above normal and humidity levels staying elevated throughout the forecast period.
Karachi Weather on Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Wednesday remained partly cloudy, hot and humid across Karachi. Maximum temperatures ranged between 36°C and 38°C, while the minimum temperature was recorded at around 29°C.
Morning humidity stood at 69 per cent, while evening humidity ranged between 55–65 per cent. Winds blew from the west and southwesterly directions.
Karachi Weather on Thursday, June 4, 2026
Partly cloudy, hot and humid conditions are expected to continue on Thursday, with a slight decrease in daytime temperatures.
The maximum temperature is likely to range between 35°C and 37°C, while minimum temperatures will remain between 29°C and 31°C. Morning humidity is expected to range between 65–75 per cent, while evening humidity will stay between 55–65 per cent.
Winds will continue blowing from the West and Southwesterly directions.

Friday will bring similar weather conditions, with partly cloudy skies and persistent heat and humidity across the city.

Maximum temperatures are expected to remain between 35°C and 37°C, while minimum temperatures will range between 29°C and 31°C. Morning humidity is forecast between 70–80 per cent, while evening humidity will remain between 55–65 per cent.
West to Southwesterly winds are expected to continue throughout the day.
Hot Weather Persists Across Sindh
The PMD said hot to very hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most districts of Sindh during the forecast period.
Due to intense heat and moisture associated with a prevailing westerly system over the upper parts of the country, there are chances of dust-thunderstorms and light rain at isolated locations in Ghotki, Jamshoro, Khairpur, Dadu and Tharparker districts on Wednesday.
However, Karachi is not expected to receive any rainfall during the three-day forecast period.
Karachi’s Continued Humidity Challenge
While interior districts may experience isolated dust-thunderstorms, Karachi will continue to face hot and humid conditions driven by moist sea breezes and partly cloudy skies.

Although cloud cover may occasionally reduce direct sunlight, high humidity levels are expected to keep conditions uncomfortable, particularly during the afternoon and evening hours.
Public Health Advisory Issued
The PMD has advised residents, especially children, senior citizens and individuals with underlying health conditions, to take precautionary measures during the ongoing hot and humid spell.
People are encouraged to stay hydrated, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak afternoon hours and limit strenuous outdoor activities whenever possible.
Farmer Guidance for Extreme Conditions
Farmers across Sindh have been advised to take necessary measures to protect crops and livestock from the prevailing hot weather conditions and any isolated dust-thunderstorm activity expected in parts of the province.
Water Conservation Requested
With temperatures remaining elevated and electricity demand likely to increase, residents are encouraged to use water responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage during the ongoing warm weather spell.

The PMD has advised all concerned authorities to remain vigilant and take necessary precautionary measures to prevent any untoward situations arising from the prevailing weather conditions.
