The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has announced over 900 vacancies across Pakistan. Key posts include:
- Constable (BS-01 to BS-09) – 91 posts (each scale)
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) (BS-12) – 117 posts
- Sub-Inspector (BS-14) – 94 posts
- Inspector (BS-13) – 47 posts
- Assistant (BS-15) – 21 posts
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – 29 posts
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 64 posts
The largest number of vacancies are for Constable (BS-01 to BS-09) with 91 posts each.

Assistant Sub-Inspector (BS-12) has 117 vacancies, while Sub-Inspector (BS-14) offers 94 posts.
Other roles include Inspector (BS-13) with 47 posts, Assistant (BS-15) with 21, and Upper and Lower Division Clerks with 29 and 64 posts respectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- Assistant / ASI: Bachelor’s degree (HEC-recognized)
- UDC / LDC: Intermediate with typing speed
- UDC: 40 wpm
- LDC: 30 wpm
- Constable: Matric or Primary (depending on scale)
Physical Requirements (for uniform posts)
Applicable to Sub-Inspector, ASI, Constable, and Driver posts:
- Running Test:
- Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
- Female: 1.6 km in 10 minutes
- Height and chest measurements required (as per FIA standards)
Age Limit
- As per government rules, candidates get general age relaxation of 5 years.
- Age will be calculated on May 4, 2026.

- Candidates must meet eligibility (education, age, and experience) by the closing date.

- Age relaxation applies under government rules, except for physical/endurance standards.
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
- Original documents must be presented at the interview stage.
- Fake or incorrect information will lead to disqualification and legal action.
- Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- Passing one stage does not guarantee selection for the next stage.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
- FIA reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.

- Pay the application fee of Rs. 2,000 per post.
- Submit the form before the deadline.
- Download and keep your roll number slip for tests.
The application deadline is May 4, 2026. No hard copies will be accepted. Tests and interviews will be held on June 5, 2026.
