Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a decrease on Tuesday, April 7, reflecting a downward trend in both local and international bullion markets.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs. 3,000, settling at Rs. 488,462 compared to the previous session.

Similarly, the rate of 24-karat gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs. 2,572 to Rs. 418,777, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams also fell by Rs. 2,358, reaching Rs. 383,892.
Gold rates in Pakistan for Tuesday, April 7, 2026:
- Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 488,462 (-3,000)
- Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 418,777 (-2,572)
- Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 383,892 (-2,358)
Meanwhile, international gold prices also recorded a slight decline, dropping by $30 to settle at $4,657 per ounce.

Market analysts attributed the dip to minor corrections in the global bullion market, with investors adjusting positions following recent price fluctuations.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
