Pakistan bullion market continued its upward momentum on Friday, with gold prices posting another solid gain to close the week on a positive note.
The today gold rate in Karachi for 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 2,500, settling at Rs. 526,462.
This marks the second consecutive session of gains, following Thursday’s powerful rally, and brings the total weekly advance to over Rs. 10,000 per tola.

- Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 526,462 up by Rs. 2,500
- Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 451,356 up by Rs. 2,144
- Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 413,758 up by Rs. 1,966
The steady advance was supported by continued strength in global markets. The international gold price per ounce rose by $25 to $5,037, holding comfortably above the $5,000 level. This sustained global support provides a solid foundation for local price appreciation.
The today gold rate in Karachi reflects a market that has successfully reversed the sharp declines of earlier in the week.
