The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to expand from six to eight teams for its 11th season, and fans can now catch the auction for the two new PSL franchises live.
The PSL team auction will be held on Thursday, 8 January, at the Jinnah Convention Centre in Islamabad.

The event will kick off at 4:15 pm and will be streamed live for viewers both in Pakistan and abroad.
How to watch PSL 11 team auction live
The event will be broadcast live on A Sports, Fast Sports, Geo Sports and PTV Sports.
Fans can also watch the auction live on the official PSL and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) YouTube channels.
The auction will also be available online on streaming platforms including Tapmad, Tamasha, and Myco.

Before the bidding begins, the ceremony will include a felicitation segment honoring Pakistan’s recent title-winning teams, including the Pakistan Shaheens for the Men’s Rising Stars Asia Cup 2025 in Doha and the Hong Kong Super Sixes champions.
A total of 10 technically qualified bidders will compete for the new franchises.
The shortlisted cities for team allocation are Faisalabad, Gilgit, Hyderabad, Muzaffarabad, Rawalpindi, and Sialkot.
After the auction concludes, renowned singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will perform at the venue, giving fans a grand finale to the evening.
