The February 15 fixture between Pakistan and India at the Colombo’s R. Premadasa Stadium have a minimum ticket price of LKR 1,500 (PKR. 1,360), making it one of the lowest starting prices ever suggested for an Indo-Pak World Cup match.

The first phase of ticket sales for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 was launched yesterday, and tickets for the highly anticipated Pakistan–India clash sold out within minutes, according to Dawn News.

The tournament, jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka, has generated massive excitement, with fans rushing to secure seats for one of cricket’s most iconic rivalries.

Over two million tickets were made available in the first phase, covering matches across both host nations.

Fans could purchase tickets through the official portal, tickets.cricketworldcup.com, which redirects to the ICC’s ticketing partner, BookMyShow.

The T20 World Cup 2026 will run from February 7 to March 8.

The poster highlighted stars from top teams but left out Pakistan, prompting debate online.
