Gold Prices in Pakistan continued their upward trajectory on Thursday, with both gold and silver prices climbing further following a strong rally in the previous session.
Data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association showed a steady increase across all major benchmarks.

The price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs. 500, settling at Rs. 443,562. Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10 grams increased by Rs. 428 to Rs. 380,282, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams advanced by Rs. 392, reaching Rs. 348,604.
The positive trend was supported internationally, with the global gold price per ounce edging up by $5 to $4,212.

Silver prices maintained their impressive momentum. Domestically, silver per tola (24Kt) climbed by Rs. 85 to Rs. 6,452, and silver per 10 grams gained Rs. 73, closing at Rs. 5,531.
On the international front, the silver price per ounce increased by $0.85 to $61.80.
The Association stated that local bullion rates are derived from interbank exchange rates to maintain parity with global markets. The prices quoted are for a purity standard of 999.7 (24K).

A day earlier, Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed broad-based gains on Wednesday, with both gold and silver posting significant increases, driven by a strong uptick in international commodity prices.
