Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel drew attention at the Dubai Airshow 2025 after they visited the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pavilion and showed admiration for Pakistan’s JF-17 Thunder fighter jet.
Photos circulating on social media showed Indian officers posing enthusiastically beside the aircraft, which once again became one of the main highlights of the international event.
The JF-17 Thunder, known for its modern technology and combat performance, attracted visitors from around the world.

Following Pakistan’s recent operational success, global interest in PAF aircraft has increased, and the presence of IAF officials at the pavilion only added to the buzz.
According to Geo News, during the visit, PAF pilots warmly welcomed the Indian personnel and even offered them tea.
The visitors thanked the pilots but politely declined, choosing to have only water instead.
Photos shared online, including by defence analysts, showed Indian pilots taking pictures near the JF-17 display area.

Social media reactions were mixed, with some Indian users criticising their own air force for engaging with Pakistan’s pavilion.
