The Pakistan Cricket Board has granted No-Objection Certificates to a large group of national cricketers, allowing them to appear in several overseas leagues, including the Abu Dhabi T10 League and the ILT20.
According to the Geo Super, players featuring in the Abu Dhabi T10 have been permitted to stay with their teams until November 25, giving them clearance for the ongoing event.
For Dubai’s T20 league, NOCs have been approved for Fakhar Zaman, Hassan Nawaz and Naseem Shah, enabling them to participate from December 2 to January 4.

In addition, Iftikhar Ahmed, Khawaja Nafay, Asif Ali and Salman Irshad have been allowed to play in T10 league.
Mohammad Amir, Arafat Minhas, Irfan Khan and Azam Khan have also received permission for their respective leagues.
The list further includes Shahnawaz Dahani, Abbas Afridi, Akif Javed, Mir Hamza, Ubaid Shah and Zaman Khan, all of whom have been granted clearance by the PCB.

It is pertinent to mention that Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf and Hasan Ali had already secured NOCs earlier to feature in the Big Bash League.
The 15th edition of the BBL will begin on December 14 and continue until January 25, 2026, with 44 matches set in prime early-evening slots.
The opening match will see the Perth Scorchers face the Sydney Sixers at Perth Stadium, a contest expected to draw major attention as it will also mark Babar Azam’s debut for the Sixers.
