Review and Approval by ADB: Once submitted by your institution, ADB will review your ranked list and if shortlisted your application will be forwarded for formal approval by Japan’s Executive Director of Japan. Once approved by them ADB will notify both your institution as well as you of its result and inform you accordingly.
Sign the Scholarship Agreement: Once awarded a scholarship, if necessary you must sign an Acceptance of Scholarship Award agreement to verify your intention to return home upon completing studies.
