The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) will temporarily suspend some of its services on November 2, 2025, for a scheduled system upgrade aimed at improving user experience across Pakistan and abroad.
According to NADRA, the Pak ID mobile app may have limited functionality between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. during the maintenance period.
The authority clarified that only certain features of the app will be affected.

Additionally, NADRA services at Pakistani embassies and consulates overseas will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the same day.

Services are expected to resume once the upgrade is complete.
NADRA emphasized that these measures are part of ongoing efforts to make digital services smoother, faster, and more secure for citizens both in Pakistan and abroad.
