Pakistan have announced their squad for the Hong Kong Sixes 2025, with fast-bowler Abbas Afridi appointed captain for the three-day event, set to take place from 7 to 9 November at Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.
The tournament will feature twelve teams, divided into four groups. Pakistan have been drawn in Pool C, where they will face arch-rivals India and Kuwait. The national team will fly out on November 5 and play both of their group matches on November 7.

The Hong Kong Sixes last played in 2017 before returning in 2024 after a long break. Pakistan finished as runners-up in the last three editions, falling short in the finals against South Africa in 2012 and 2017, and Sri Lanka in 2024.
Overall, Pakistan is the most successful team in the tournament, having won five titles so far, with their most recent triumph coming in 2011 when they defeated England in the final.
