The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) has launched new helpline numbers to improve public access to utility services and address water-related complaints across the city.
According to the KWSC announcement, the residents can now contact the utility through multiple dedicated helplines.
A general Help Line, 1334, has been established 24/7 for complaints related to open manholes, blocked sewers, and other KWSC-related issues.
The initiative is part of the water board’s efforts to enhance communication with the community and streamline the process for reporting issues related to water supply and sewerage services.
