The Sindh government revealed the date and location for the distribution of Pink Electric Scooty for the industrial working women.

As per the details, the event will launch a Pink Scooty distribution in Karachi on September 25.

Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will attend the event as chief guest.

Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon will join, alongside Secretary Asad Zamin and Managing Director Kanwal Nizam Bhutto of the Sindh Mass Transit Authority.

The event will take place at Royal Taj Banquet, Khayaban-e-Saadi, Clifton, starting 2:30 PM sharp. The location is adjacent to Bilawal House, making it easily accessible for participants.

A day earlier, the government of Sindh has announced the timeline for the distribution of the Pink Electric Scooters among females to promote safe and affordable transportation across the province.

Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon held a meeting where the attendants reviewed the progress of “Pink Scooters Program” initiative.

Sharjeel Inam Memon said the provincial government launched this step to provide daily transport facilities, making education, employment, and social participation more accessible for women in Karachi and beyond.

He encouraged female students and working women to fully benefit from the program. He added that access to independent transport will reduce the challenges women face in public commuting.

During the meeting, the members decided to distribute the free pink electric scooters to women and female students in the ongoing week; however, no specific date was announced by the minister.
