Despite their efforts, Oman was eliminated from the Asia Cup, but they gave India a tough fight and left with pride.

Though primarily known for his batting, Kaleem adds depth to Oman’s bowling options with his spin, especially useful in subcontinent-style conditions.

Since his debut in 2015, Kaleem has played 47 T20Is, scoring 659 runs at an average of 19.96 and a strike rate of 117.46. He has registered two half-centuries in his career, with a top score of 72 not out, and has struck 65 fours and 17 sixes along the way.

In his last five T20Is, played between December 2024 and September 2025, Kaleem showcased both consistency and flair. His standout performance came against the USA on February 20, 2025, where he smashed an unbeaten 72 off 50 balls at a strike rate of 144.00, anchoring Oman’s innings.
