The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has launched a flyovers and underpasses repair initiative, starting work on all the underpass and flyovers under its authority across Karachi.
According to KMC officials, this initiative is aimed at improving the infrastructure that has been in poor condition for years, while ensuring complete transparency and citizen involvement in the process.
The residents of Karachi can directly contact the engineers responsible for repair projects to register complaints or request updates about ongoing repair work.

The residents should contact XEN Ishrat Rehan at 0332-1131997. The contractor assigned to this district is Allied Business, with an estimated cost of Rs 150 million.
If issues remain unresolved after contacting engineers, residents can further complain directly to the Mayor of Karachi, Murtaza Wahab, through WhatsApp at 0321-1242490 or by visiting the official website www.kmc.gos.pk.
