The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has launched a major road repair initiative, starting work on 106 road restoration projects across District South, Malir, East, Central, and Korangi.

According to KMC officials, this initiative is aimed at improving roads that have been in poor condition for years, while ensuring complete transparency and citizen involvement in the process.

Now, residents of these districts can directly contact the engineers responsible for road repair projects in their areas to register complaints or request updates about ongoing work.

District Malir:

The residents can contact XEN Feroz Hassan at 0321-3842502. The contractor handling Malir’s roadwork is SMS Enterprises, with an estimated cost of Rs 150 million.

If issues remain unresolved after contacting engineers, residents can further complain directly to the Mayor of Karachi, Murtaza Wahab, through WhatsApp at 0321-1242490 or by visiting the official website www.kmc.gos.pk.
