The College Education Department Sindh has launched a UAN facility to guide students during the admission process.

Education Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah inaugurated the service under the Sindh Electronic Centralized College Education Admission Program (SECCAP).

The UAN number 100-002-111-021 has been launched to assist students. According to officials, the service will support both applicants and parents by addressing admission-related inquiries.

According to the minister, students can seek guidance about the admission process and also file complaints through this dedicated line. Parents will also be able to benefit from the service.

To demonstrate the system, Minister Syed Sardar Ali Shah personally called the UAN number, posing as a fictitious student. He asked questions to assess the facility’s efficiency and responsiveness.

The minister expressed satisfaction with the answers provided, noting the system was working effectively. He stressed that the service would help reduce confusion and provide quick solutions to common concerns.

Officials stated that the UAN service will initially operate during working hours. However, there are plans to expand availability as more students begin contacting the helpline.

The minister also instructed authorities to improve the UAN facility further. He directed that guidance for teachers should also be included, helping colleges address institutional concerns alongside student inquiries.

With admissions often marked by confusion and long queues at colleges, officials believe the new helpline will ease stress and save time for thousands of students across Sindh.
