The federal government announced a great opportunity for young Pakistanis to join the Federal Constabulary under the Ministry of Interior and Anti-Narcotics Control.
This recruitment drive is open for 3,229 constable positions, aiming to strengthen law enforcement while giving stable jobs to eligible and deserving candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have an Intermediate qualification, be aged between 18 and 22, and meet physical standards including a minimum height of 5’6″ and chest size of 33-35 inches.
Candidates must also be physically and medically fit. Special quotas exist for women, minorities, children of bureaucrats, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, and all provinces.
Salary Package
FC Constables are hired under BPS-07, starting with a salary of Rs. 35,000 plus allowances. The total package may exceed Rs. 50,000/month with benefits.
Perks include free housing, uniforms, medical facilities, and bonuses for special duties. Pension benefits apply for long-term service.
Quota Distribution
Punjab gets 20 percent (646 male, 27 female), Sindh Rural 20 percent, Sindh Urban 10 percent, KP 20 percent, Balochistan 6 percent, AJK 4 percent, and others from FATA, GB, and minorities.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for written and physical tests. Final selection will be based on merit, quota, and interview performance.
Original documents must be brought during tests and interviews. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for appearing in the process.
