The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts another day of hot, humid, and cloudy weather for Karachi on Friday, August 8, with chances of light rain or drizzle expected in parts of the city, especially near coastal areas.
The ongoing monsoon conditions are maintaining a thick cloud cover over the city, while increased humidity levels continue to create discomfort for residents across the Karachi Division.
Daytime temperatures are projected to remain between 32°C and 34°C, while nighttime lows will hover around 27.6°C, offering little relief from the lingering warmth.

Humidity will remain a major factor in the uncomfortable weather. Morning humidity may rise up to 78%, while evening levels are expected to stay between 55% and 65%, contributing to a higher “feels-like” temperature due to the sticky air.
Winds will continue to blow from the west and southwest, but are not expected to significantly reduce the heat or humidity levels in the city.
No significant rainfall is predicted for the day, although scattered drizzle may occur. Residents are advised to remain cautious, especially those with health conditions affected by heat or high humidity.
