The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast a humid and mostly cloudy day for Karachi on Wednesday, July 30, with chances of drizzle or light rain during the night or early morning.
Karachi continues to experience typical monsoon conditions, with high moisture in the air and warm temperatures contributing to general discomfort particularly in the early hours and late evenings.
According to the PMD, morning humidity may reach up to 78 percent, while evening levels are expected to remain between 55% and 65%, creating sticky, muggy weather for most of the day.

Tuesday’s maximum daytime temperature is forecast between 32°C to 34°C, with nighttime lows likely to range from 28°C to 30°C. The “feels-like” temperature may be slightly higher than actual readings due to persistent humidity.
Winds from the west and southwest will continue to sweep across the city, offering occasional breezes, though they may not be enough to offset the overall warmth and humidity.
The forecasted drizzle may occur either late at night or early in the morning, potentially causing slightly damp roads and minor inconvenience for commuters.
However, no significant rainfall is expected.
In the wider Sindh region, light drizzle is also possible in parts of Tharparkar and Jamshoro, while Guddu Barrage remains under medium-level flood and Sukkur Barrage at low-level flood, following heavy rainfall in northern areas.
