The Government of Sindh, through the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Trust, is offering scholarships for the academic year 2024 – 2025 to support deserving and meritorious students from low-income backgrounds.
These scholarships aim to facilitate access to quality higher education at recognized public and private universities or institutions, covering the tuition fee for one academic year.
Scholarship Available for Following Disciplines in the SEEF Trust Panel
- Medical (MBBS)
- Medical (BDS)
- Doctor of Physiotherapy
- B.Pharmacy/ D.Pharmacy
- BS Nursing (4 year program-Only for notified Medical Universities/Institutions)
- Agricultural Engineering
- BS Social Science
- Business Administration
- LLB (5 Years)
- Information Technology
- Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- All Engineering Disciplines
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be domiciled of Sindh and permanent resident of Province of Sindh.
The deserving candidates shall be enrolled in approved institutes/universities included in the SEEF Trust Panel for the year 2024-25.
A minimum GPA of 2.5 or 60% is mandatory for students to meet the eligibility criteria.
The income certificate shall be certified by the concerned Assistant Commissioner of Revenue/assets declaration/ tax returns by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Students whose parents are employed in government service shall be required to submit the service certificate and payslip of his/her parent duly issued by the Head of institution/Department/District Accounts Office/Accountant General of Sindh.
The parents/guardian of the student must have an annual net income, from all sources, that does not exceed the income limit provided in the Family Income Range Table.
Note: Those Students are Eligible who are admitted in the academic year 2024-25.
Ineligibility
The outside SEEF panel, self-financing scheme, overseas admission, failure student and foreign education will not be entertained.
Distance learning, executive education and part time students/courses are not eligible. 3. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
The student enrolled in individual subjects of social science will not be eligible.
Providing wrong or incomplete information shall disqualify the candidate for the scholarship.
The dropped out/Pass out students shall not be eligible.
The students from affiliated colleges of enlisted institutions/universities shall not be eligible.

Note: The Universities are required to display salient features of the SEEF Trust Scholarship in their admission advertisements to provide equal opportunity to a large number of students. This also ensures that deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds have the opportunity to benefit from the SEEF Trust Scholarship.
The universities are requested to collect hard copies of online printed applications along with the necessary documents from students and verify the admission/countersigned the application.
The hardcopy of application along with documents shall be provided to the Interview Committee headed by IBA Karachi and Sukkur IBA university at the time of interview.
Only Shortlisted eligible candidates will be required to appear before interview committee as per laid down criteria approved by the Board of Trustees of the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Trust (SEEF-BOT)
