A truck carrying solar panels worth over Rs15 million from Karachi to Okara was allegedly looted, and the driver remains missing.
According to the truck owner, the vehicle left Karachi on the 23rd but never reached its destination. The empty truck was later found abandoned near Shikarpur.
The owner said that despite visiting the local police station for three days, the station house officer (SHO) has refused to register a case regarding the incident.
The solar panels were reportedly high-value goods intended for delivery in Okara. Their disappearance not only caused financial loss but also raised security questions on the route.
The affected truck owner claimed he repeatedly requested action but was turned away by police officials, which has delayed the investigation and denied them any legal support.
He has now publicly appealed to the Sindh IG, DIG, and SSP to take notice, register the case, and initiate efforts to find both the driver and the stolen goods.
