The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC), owned by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), has launched the third batch of its Leadership Induction Program (PLIP).
If you’re a fresh graduate, here’s how to earn up to Rs. 80,000 monthly with PSPC’s trainee program.
Who Can Apply for This Program
This program gives fresh graduates a chance to start their careers as Management Trainees or Trainee Engineers in a professional public sector organization.
Educational and Age Requirements
Eligible candidates must hold at least 16 years of education in fields like business, finance, HR, social sciences, engineering, chemistry, or product design.
Age Relaxation for Special Regions
The maximum age limit is 26 years. However, applicants from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK get a relaxation of up to three years.
Special Consideration for Internal Employees
For existing non-management PSPC employees, the upper age limit to apply is extended up to 50 years, allowing them a fair chance to apply.
Disciplines for Management Trainees
Those selected as Management Trainees may belong to disciplines like economics, public administration, accounting, mathematics, or CA/ACCA-related fields.
Fields Open for Trainee Engineers
Trainee Engineers should be graduates from PEC-approved programs in civil, electrical, electronics, chemical, or mechatronics engineering or similar backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits After Selection
The training period includes a stipend of Rs. 40,000 per month. After training, candidates will earn Rs. 80,000 monthly as Assistant Managers.
