In a move to make licensing hassle-free, Sindh Police now offers online learner licenses, eliminating long queues, scorching heat, and in-person visits to the police office.
Through the Driving License Sindh (DLS) online portal, citizens can register, apply, and pay online for a learner license without leaving their home.
Step-by-Step Guide to Apply Online
- Visit the Portal: Go to https://dlsonline.sindhpolice.gov.pk
- Click: “Apply Online Now”
- Create an Account: Use your CNIC name, number, date of birth, email, and active mobile number
- After registration, a confirmation email with a six-digit code will be sent by the Sindh police to the applicant for account activation.
- Log In: Access your DLS account
- Apply for Learner License: Upload
- Profile photo (white background)
- Front and back of CNIC
- Personal info: Full name, father’s name, CNIC expiry, blood group, city, and address
- Select Vehicle Type: Choose the category of license you want
- Fill in Educational Details and vehicle info
- Submit Application: Pay challan via any online banking app
