As tensions between India and Pakistan eased under a U.S.-brokered ceasefire, here is how much damage Pakistan did to India during the four-day conflict.
In the recent India-Pakistan conflict, Pakistan exposed critical flaws in India’s defense preparedness and reasserted Pakistan’s superiority in air defense.
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down several Indian Rafale jets, widely regarded as among the top 10 fighter jets, and neutralized India’s advanced S-400 air defense system.
Military analysts called the operation the largest dogfight since 1999, with 40-PAF aircraft confronting 75-Indian Air Force (IAF) jets, and emerged victorious.
During the conflict, Pakistan used JF-17 Thunder, Al-Fateh tactical missiles, SH-15 artillery guns, and PL-15 air-to-air missiles, which successfully targeted and neutralized Indian defense assets, as per media reports.

Pakistani drones, according to Geo News, also flew over Delhi for several hours undetected, highlighting major lapses in India’s radar and surveillance systems. At the same time, Pakistani cyber units launched coordinated attacks to disrupt India’s digital command systems.
The conflict has also reopened the debate on the Indus Waters Treaty, with Pakistan signaling that sustained pressure could force India to uphold critical safeguards for Pakistani agriculture.
Analysts say Pakistan’s show of strength has drawn increased Chinese diplomatic and military support, further tilting regional dynamics.
The confrontation is also seen as a test of Prime Minister Modi’s strategy, which now faces growing international scrutiny and domestic political pressure, according to reports.
Across Pakistan, public morale surged as citizens rallied behind the military, chanting slogans of unity and national pride.
