The Science and Information Technology Department (S&ITD) of Sindh has announced a major initiative aimed at transforming digital education across the province.
The department has officially invited bids for the development of an “Online Education Platform for Sindh” with an allocated budget of Rs108.525 million.
The tender has been released through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS), ensuring full transparency and competitiveness among bidders.
Companies interested in the project must submit their bids electronically no later than May 15, 2025, as per the official announcement.
Bidding will follow a two-stage evaluation process, with technical proposals assessed first, followed by financial bids from firms that qualify initially.
Tariq Malik, Technical Advisor of the World Bank on Digital ID and former Chairperson of NADRA, praised the Sindh government’s move on twitter.
