Gold price in Pakistan fell by Rs300 per tola, bringing the new rate down to Rs349,700, according to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
A similar downward adjustment was seen for 10 grams of gold, which dropped by Rs257, now priced at Rs299,811.
This local decline mirrors a slight dip in the global gold market, where the price of gold fell by $3, now standing at $3,326 per ounce.

Analysts suggest the global shift reflects market correction and profit-taking after recent highs.
In contrast, silver prices saw a modest gain, increasing by Rs16 per tola. The new price for silver in the local market stands at Rs3,417 per tola, while 10 grams of silver also rose accordingly.
