A traffic incident near Karachi’s Isa Nagri turned dramatic when a woman allegedly opened fire in the air following a collision between her car and a trailer.
According to police officials, the woman, identified as Alisha Aamir, became enraged after a trailer hit the side of her vehicle while attempting to overtake.
The situation escalated quickly when Alisha exited her vehicle and began firing into the air with a 9mm pistol. The trailer driver, Zafar Iqbal, reportedly ran from the scene and hid behind police officials for safety.
ASI Shabbir, who was present at the scene, intervened and took both individuals into custody.

A case was registered against both Alisha and Zafar under the same FIR, stating that both parties were driving recklessly and carelessly, which led to the accident.
Police said Alisha presented a pistol license on the spot, but upon verification, it was found to be expired. The incident falls under Section 337 of the Pakistan Penal Code, which deals with acts endangering human life.
Alisha Amir was taken to the Women Police Station, while Zafar Iqbal was transferred to the PIB Police Station. Both vehicles involved in the incident were impounded for investigation.
Meanwhile, legal proceedings are underway as police continue to probe the matter.
