The ongoing heatwave spell is expected to continue for the next two days, with temperatures soaring up to 38°C, as reported by the weather department.
Despite the heat, the sea breeze is likely to persist, providing some relief with gentle wind speeds. However, according to the Met Office, temperatures are expected to decrease after March 12 as wind speeds increase gradually.
While Karachi has been experiencing rising temperatures, weather officials assure that there is no forecast of rainfall during this period.
