Sindh oxford Scholarships

The Sindh government has launched an initiative to offer Oxford University scholarships to six deserving and financially needy students.

The announcement was made at a ceremony attended by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who also participated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the Bhutto Scholarship Program.

Speaking to the media during the event, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah revealed that three scholarships would be awarded to male students and three to female students.

This initiative is aimed at providing equal educational opportunities to both genders.

During his visit to Oxford University, Bilawal Bhutto spoke about his mother, former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, emphasizing her legacy of promoting democracy and women’s empowerment.

He mentioned that his mother taught him that democracy is the best form of revenge.

Despite societal limitations, Benazir Bhutto became Pakistan’s first female Prime Minister and set an example for women in leadership, “today the Chief Minister of Punjab is also a woman,” Bilawal noted.
