People wishing to obtain work visa should beware of fraud job offers

People seeking work visas abroad are being warned to stay cautious after a man, Fahim Khan, was arrested for defrauding citizens of millions of rupees under the guise of offering employment abroad.

The arrest was made during an operation conducted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Bannu, part of the Kohat.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the accused collected large sums of money from individuals in exchange for promises of work visas.

During the arrest, the FIA recovered 32 passports, mobile phones, and other materials as evidence.

The agent was reportedly collecting passports from citizens without the necessary license to do so.

The spokesperson further revealed that investigations are underway, with raids being conducted to apprehend other individuals involved in the scam.
