Qatar Airways – flag carrier of Qatar – rebutted the report which claimed the offices of the airline closed its offices in Pakistan, reassuring the customers that the airline offices are open and continue to operate in the country.

Qatar Airways clarified in a statement on social media platform X [formerly known as Twitter], “Qatar Airways flights to and from Pakistan are operating as usual, and our offices remain open.”

The airline refuted the claim terming the media reports as incorrect and confirmed that the services in Pakistan have not been affected.

A day earlier, it was reported by several media outlets claiming that Qatar Airways has shut down its offices across Pakistan as part of a strategy to reduce operational costs.

The reports stated that the airline confirmed that flight schedules will continue as planned in the country, despite the closure of these offices.
