After the announcement of results by the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK), many students, particularly those from the pre-engineering and pre-medical groups, have raised concerns over their marks.
Many students, who previously scored 80-85 percent in matriculation, were shocked to find that they received less than 50 percent in their intermediate exams.
Some students who had A1 grades in matriculation were only able to pass two subjects, which has led to dissatisfaction and a surge in scrutiny form submissions.
To request a recheck of their papers, students can follow these steps:
- Download the Scrutiny Form: Students should visit the BIEK official website and download the scrutiny form.
- Submit the Form and Documents: The completed form, along with any required documents, should be submitted at a UBL branch or TCS Courier desk.
- Wait for the Response: After submission, students will receive a reply at the address they provided on the form.
It’s important to note that the scrutiny process does not involve re-assessment or re-evaluation of answer sheets.
Instead, it is a rechecking process to address concerns about the results and provide clarity for the students.
