In response to media reports, Pakistan Railways has rejected claims of any schedule changes after the accident involving the 27UP Shalimar Express en route from Karachi to Lahore.
Railway officials assured the public that the affected track would be fully restored by 4 PM, and train services would continue as normal.
The officials explained that, despite the disruption, trains would operate through a single-line working system to ensure smooth travel.
Restoration teams are actively working at the accident site, and the Shalimar Express will be dispatched to Lahore shortly.
Railway authorities stressed that they are taking all necessary measures to minimize inconvenience for passengers.
Earlier in the day, Two coaches of the 27UP Shalimar Express derailed in Hyderabad near Allah Dino Sand station, 206 km from Karachi.
A railway official confirmed that the trolley of coach number 15 of the Shalimar Express derailed between Allah Dino station and Pulijani station.
The up-track has been partially closed, and technical staff has been summoned to address the issue.
Meanwhile, no official reports regarding casualties or damages have been received so far.
